Clean, clear, and smooth skin is what we all dream of, and seeing whiteheads and blackheads on your face can be too irritating, annoying, and unbearable sometimes. It can appear on your nose, chin, cheeks, forehead, and even some other parts of your body. After acne, white and blackheads are your skin’s worst nightmare that makes you look dull, ugly, and unattractive. To get rid of this problem, we have come up with some natural and home remedies that can help you remove these stubborn black and whiteheads permanently.
1. Baking Soda
Baking Soda is a natural exfoliator that helps to clean out the pores, removes dirt, and reduces the appearance of whiteheads, blackheads, and acne on your face. All you need to do is make a mixture of one teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of water and form a paste. Apply that paste on your affected area and scrub with your fingers for good 5 minutes and then wash off with water.Â
Note: Do it for two or three days a week.
2. Honey and Lemon
A Honey-lemon mask is an easy way to get rid of those nasty whiteheads and blackheads. Lemon contains citric acid that works best for tightening the pores while honey moisturizes your skin. You need to make a fine paste of one teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture on your nose or the most affected area for about 15 minutes. Wash it off with normal water.
Note: Repeat two or three times a week.Â
3. Green Tea
Using green tea leaves can be considered as one of the effective ways of whiteheads and blackheads removal permanently. It works as an antioxidant and reduces the skin’s oil production from your face. To make the paste, you need to mix one teaspoon of dry green leaves with a little amount of water. Massage your nose and chin with that paste for 2-3 minutes. After that, rinse it off with water.Â
Note: Do it for two or three days a week.
4. Coconut Oil and Sugar
Coconut has antibacterial properties that help in killing bacteria on the skin, and sugar has excellent exfoliating properties that clear the clogged pores. When you scrub your face with both of these, blackheads and whiteheads can be easily removed. To make the scrub, mix two spoons of sugar with a little amount of coconut oil. Gently scrub for about 5-6 minutes and wash off with normal water.Â
Note: Do this twice or thrice a week.Â
5. Masoor Dal and Milk Scrub
Masoor dal, also known as red lentils, helps to reduce the formation of whiteheads and blackheads removal permanently where milk hydrate and nourishes your skin. To make its mixture, you need to soak masoor dal in water overnight, grind them and make a fine paste. Add some raw milk to it and apply for 15 minutes on the face. After that, wash off with cold water.
Note: Do it thrice a week.
